Short description |
The Intermediate Hungarian course is offered for those language learners who completed the Pre-Intermediate course last semester or they think they are at the intermediate level. Students should be aware of major Hungarian grammatical structures (definite/indefinite verb conjugations, the possessive, the local case suffixes) and elementary vocabulary. Classes will focus on some more grammatical structures and on all skills (listening, writing, communication etc.). Audio-visual material will also be used. During the course we will use a coursebook and also various supplementary materials. |
Schedule |
Grammar topics: the plural possessive marker, the past tense, the future tense, the imperative mood. Speaking topics: Family, hobbies, sports and freetime activities, national holidays, eating out, cooking, travelling, at the doctor’s, university life. |
