Our multinational client, a huge IT outsourcing company providing high standard services, is looking for enthusiastic candidates who would like to join their team.


Tasks:

  • Provide first level support via phone and e-mail

  • Manage customer claims and complaints

  • Receive customers' calls from French speaking countries

  • Take part in trainings

  • Manage regular and ad-hoc reports and other administrative tasks

  • Incident resolution and recovery 

 Requirements:

  • Fluent English AND French knowledge is a must

  • Great communication and problem solving skills

  • BA/BsC or MA/MsC degree

  • Strong computer knowledge: NO high level IT expertise necessary to fill the position, strong user level computer literacy is sufficient

  • Knowledge of current Windows operating systems

  • Client-oriented view

  • Stress-tolerance
