Finance & Accounting, Collections and Customer Service, Insurance, Analytics, reengineering.
They are looking for a professional in the
French Workflow Administrator position.
Responsibilities:
Prevent Improper Payment
Capture, document and pre-approve all transactions with Healthcare Professionals
Follow and document promptly all process related changes
Identify high risk transactions
Initiate proper workflow based on the type of event
Collect all necessary documentation
Log improper payment workflow, supplier addition, modification workflow
Communicate with authorities
Document and follow-up Travel & Expenses costs
Act as a first point of contact for managers
Regular and ad-hoc reporting
Create purchase orders
Requirements:
Fluent French and stable English languages
Analytical mindset
Reporting skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team or individually if required
