French Workflow Administrator

Our client is a multinational company provides a wide range of services, including

Finance & Accounting, Collections and Customer Service, Insurance, Analytics, reengineering.

They are looking for a professional in the

French Workflow Administrator position.



Responsibilities:

  • Prevent Improper Payment

  • Capture, document and pre-approve all transactions with Healthcare Professionals

  • Follow and document promptly all process related changes

  • Identify high risk transactions

  • Initiate proper workflow based on the type of event

  • Collect all necessary documentation

  • Log improper payment workflow, supplier addition, modification workflow

  • Communicate with authorities

  • Document and follow-up Travel & Expenses costs

  • Act as a first point of contact for managers

  • Regular and ad-hoc reporting

  • Create purchase orders


Requirements:

  • Fluent French and stable English languages

  • Analytical mindset

  • Reporting skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a team or individually if required
